In 1972, Jim was moved to action by hearing Earl Nightingale on the radio. He made the decision to study psychology and become an expert in the self-improvement process while working as a government clerk for the Housing Authority.
He is currently a member of the Hall of Fame for Professional Speakers, and a recipient of the prestigious Golden Gavel Award (joining Earl Nightingale, Art Linkletter, Zig Ziglar, Tony Robbins, and many others),. He has produced numerous recorded programs and written 17 books.
