We are almost halfway through the 10,000 pushup challenge for February! If you have not yet started it isn’t too late to join! I have decided to make it a perpetual challenge so that you can start the challenge any time of any month that you want. Just text the word PUSHUPS to 305-930-7346 and make your commitment. Finish it in 30 days! Just be sure to document your pushups and once you complete it I will send you the official certificate! If you need help keeping track, I have created a document that will help you. Just click the link HERE and click “make a copy” or “save as excel” to download your own with all of the formulas already there to help track your daily pushups.
