Ciara is joined by 2 faves Juju Gotti and Nora McConnell-Johnson of Babes Chicago to TALK about the WNBA. We cover coaching changes around the league, the playoffs, and the expansion draft. We also come up with probably 100 amazing marketing ideas so if you’re a millionaire, call us.

Check out Chicago’s upcoming women’s sports bar, Babes:

Ciara, Alex, and Ashtyn are talkin’ W playoffs! We cover each of the first 4 games, get confused about end of season accolades (what’s the deal with AP awards?) chat a tiny bit of MNBA, and like wayyyyy more. You won’t believe it.

Ciara, Alex, and special guest Juju Gotti have a LOT to discuss. We chat about A’ja being unstoppable (even to herself), who we want to see moving in the upcoming WNBA expansion draft, the Unrivaled roster, Power Rangers, and more!

Ciara, Ashtyn, and Alex are investigating some instances of people being weird online! We cover Joe Mazzulla’s unsettling quotes, the Mercury’s unsettling post about Diana Taurasi’s maybe retirement, and Cathy Englebert’s unsettling ability to denounce racism. And more!

Writer Katie Heindl joins Ciara and Ashtyn for a little coffee and chat! We talk about meeting Bono, the NBA having a bummer summer, losers in the basketball world, hot dogs, and much more!

Subscribe to Katie Heindl if you like writing, authors, essays, stories, literature, language, letters, philosophers, basketball, feelings, reading, etc.

Ciara, Alex, and Ashtyn obviously need to talk about the surprise drop of the new Chicago Sky mascot, Skye the Lioness. We also discuss Angel Reese, WNBA awards, white shirts, and more!

Ciara, Brazilia, and Alex are doing this eppie……from bed (or bed adjacent). We talk about the 6’8 elephant in the W/MNBA relationship world, the price of too much discourse, the benefits of not weighing-in. Also, we have some weird tech issues!

We have an Olympic hangover! This week on the pod, Ciara and Brazilia are joined by Nora McConnell-Johnson, founder of women’s’ sports bar Babes in Chicago, to recap the last two weeks of sports, dive into the legal details of Dearica Hamby’s case against the Aces, bemoan rising season ticket prices, and more!

Ciara, Alex, and Brazilia are answering YOUR questions! We give advice about tattoos, side hustles, wearing hats, being tall, and more!

Alex, Ashtyn and Brazilia team up to host the pod in Ciara's absence. We talk all things Olympics, why everyone hates Jayson Tatum, and give you the 411 on what happens when lighting strikes a bullet just fired!
