This is how I feel about these movies.  I hope that you enjoy this treatise and tribute to the best trilogy of them all.

What a treat!  It was the highlight of my year to talk with a true gentleman, scholar, coach, kind soul, Coach Rob Bordley.  I always heard stories and of the local lacrosse legend, and was at times encouraged to hate him.  But I kinda always knew that was weird -- how can you hate love.  That is what Rob Bordley is -- love in an intelligent, empathetic, creative, generous, humorous way.  I learned a lot from our conversation.  Thank you for your time and for being a beacon -- a shining light in the darkness that increasingly seems to be shading our lives.

Neo is manifest.  Neo is incarnate.  Neo’s training is complete.  Neo is the highest iteration of Neo.  It is like breaking the light barrier – Neo becomes light.  Neo doesn’t need to dodge bullets.  To Neo, there are no bullets.  Neo charges, turns to light, and enters Mr. Smith, and explodes him into infinity.  Neo does the impossible.  Neo becomes the impossible, explodes it, and by doing so becomes the possible.  We can all be Neo -- we are all called to be Neo.

Christy is friends with the other Kristi who was on the podcast last month and now someone I am happy to call friend.  Christy walked in the door a stranger that a friend said has lived a dynamic, driven, daring life and that she should tell her story; speak her passion.  Christy did just that, and over the course of a couple hours I gained another friend.  I am very thankful for that and for the aperture that Christy illuminated for a mind devoid of photo journalism, which is mine.  That was fun -- because Kristy made it so -- I was lucky to tag along!

Kevin Sheehan needs no introduction -- but I will anyway.  Kevin has built a 15 year career on talking about the mercurial yet always desirable professional sports of the Nation's Capital.  We talk 'skinnies, NFL Covid-craze, and salt & pepper.  

Kevin is a busy man, but however busy Kevin is, he is spades more generosity & kindness.

Relationships of all kinds define life.  Social or the human politic is one of the most basic, foundational elements of what it is to be human -- and perhaps because relationships are so essential, they are infinitely complex.  

Adele knows people; Adele knows relationships, and spends much of her waking hours trying to delve deeper into this individual yet universal and ever-so-beautiful element of life.  Adele is a relationship coach -- "put me in coach -- I am ready to play (but not before some wisdom from coach!"

You were such a breathe of fresh air -- after we got past the reality that we don't quite know the right song for the intro, you started riffing on what you love -- and that is helping people, and more specifically, those people who are hungry.  In your own words (if you don't mind) -- if I didn't have to work, I would just help people all the time -- #rolemodel
