About Regina Langley, PhD
Rev. Dr. Regina D. Langley is an independent scholar and freelance photographer.  She earned her PhD and Master of Divinity degrees from Princeton Theological Seminary.  She is an ordained Itinerate Elder in the African Methodist Episcopal Church.  Dr. Langley researches and examines the lives of 19th and 20th century African American women and their spatial dualities in Jim Crow segregation.

About Michael Whidden
After eight years as a corporate attorney in NYC, Michael Whidden, in 2010, redirected his career path and has now been in the wine trade for almost twelve years. In 2020, he helped create with five other wine professionals an online wine auction, Vines4Votes, which raised $50,000 for the ACLU of Texas and its voting rights initiatives. The auction arose from an unshakeable idea to somehow unlock the value of a few personal bottles of collectible wine to benefit the greater good.  Within less than four months, that simple idea evolved into six partners, scores of generous donors, hundreds of supporters and over 100 participating bidders. Michael lives in Brooklyn, NY, with his wife and three children.

About Joey Lorraine
Joey Lorraine is a NYC based dance artist who produces innovative dance media through video, photography, podcasts, and emerging technology such as NFT.  As a performer, she has danced as a soloist with the Morgan Scott Ballet, and showcased her own work at BAAD!, aka Bronx Academy of Arts and Dance, Balasole Dance, and The Culture Project’s Women’s Director’s Series. Ms. Lorraine  has also served as a teaching artist for Creative Outlet Dance Theatre of Brooklyn as well as Dance Theatre of Harlem. Ms. Lorraine’s professional dance training includes ballet, Horton, and Graham technique at Alvin Ailey’s Professional Training Program. Ms. Lorraine has a BFA. in Film & Television Production from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts. Ms. Lorraine’s most recent dance on camera project is Black Lives Rising, a cutting edge virtual dance film festival that explores the diversity of the Black experience in today’s times. Black Lives Rising will be presented via discord/twitch virtual platform from December 16-18, 2021.
