With it now being September, we are beginning to approach the holiday season. This is a big season for our businesses and there are a lot of things that we need to start preparing. Now is the perfect time to get ahead of the chaos. As this season approaches, we shouldn’t be caught by surprise, we should be ready for it. 

Today we are joined by planning expert Carlyn Bushman! Carlyn is an entrepreneur expert in strategy and execution who specializes in women-owned small-to-medium-sized enterprises. She is going to share with us a few of her exercises and insights so that we will be prepared for this upcoming holiday season.

It’s important that you take some time in your calendar to plan. It will change everything for you. All of the work ahead of you isn’t just going to get done, so you need to be honest with yourself and plan it out. It’s never too late to plan ahead!
