Each Happy Hobby Sports Card Newsletter For Collectors has a handful of great sports card subjects, helping sports card collectors working with limited budgets!
Our Happy Hobby Vice-President, Patrick Imhoff, shares a couple handfuls of non-rookies whose rookie cards you should consider picking up right now!
With the recent release of 2025 Topps Series 1 and the start of Spring Training, most collectors are focusing on current rookie cards and how those players are looking. As sports card collectors on a budget, we want to take a look at 10 non-rookies who are worth taking a look at in 2025. These guys are lumped into three categories: New team, new position, and returning from injury.
We also hear from Jason McGuire, one of our Happy Hobby Founding Members, who recently returned to the hobby with an all too familiar story about how he returned to collecting cards after 25 years.
Finally, we shared another awesome sports card trivia question, offering up yet another great rookie card — this time, 2020-21 Panini Chronicles Marquee Tyrese Haliburton!
