In today’s episode, we begin our study on the Gospel of John. There is so much packed within the first verse, this is all we were able to cover today. We dug into word meanings, a few cultural items were thrown in, and many cross-references were brought in as well. John gives us a powerful picture of who Jesus Christ is within this book. We focus on the person of Christ, the work of Christ, and the identity of Christ.
In our special Q&A segment, we answer the following question: The Baptists teach that people can lose their reward, but still make it to heaven… Is this biblically accurate?
If you care for the Bible at all, you will love this study today!

In today’s episode, we answer several questions that have been sent to us regarding the role of pastors, and assorted positions. There is much confusion as to how far a pastor’s authority goes, and there has been much debate regarding how involved in people’s lives he is to be. Sadly, there are dictators and cultish-like men who eventually obtain these places of power. How do we know who is right and who is wrong? The best way I know to decipher this, is to define these terms, and then see what the biblical role of leadership is.
That is exactly what we plan to do today, so come with us, and get ready for a heavy, but powerful episode!

In today’s episode, we will finish the book of Revelation! We go through the remainder of chapter 21, and then we dug into the whole 22nd chapter. There are many interesting things we talk about, several powerful connections, and much more. John saw some astonishing things in this book, but some of the greatest things were here in this portion. In our Q&A segment, we were asked a difficult question, and here it is: Will God give his people “help” spiritually through the end time/tribulation period? I have heard it preached with the impression that you will not be able to get any help from God during that time.
Why keep stalling? We believe this study will be an encouragement to you.

In today’s episode, we talk about something that has been happening in America for some time now. Most everyone knows that June is now known as Pride Month. When did we begin openly celebrating something God condemns within scripture? Not only is it wrong to celebrate the sin of pride, but it is worse to celebrate that which pride month is named after! There are only a few sins so wicked as to be called an abomination by God, and this is one of them. Today, we plan to cover the sin of pride, and the newest sin connected with pride. What does God think when His creation celebrates something He detests?
This episode is not one for the faint of heart…

In today’s episode, we take a good look at the New Jerusalem, how God will wipe all tears away from our eyes, and how the Lord makes all things new. We read about the Alpha and Omega, then we catch a glimpse of who will be heading to the lake of fire, and then John gets carried away in the Spirit. What did John see while he was in the Spirit? He saw the New Jerusalem, and oh my, what a description he gives of this holy city! In our Q&A segment, we answer this question: Do you believe God ever breaks His covenants with people?

In today’s episode, we examine a goddess that is mentioned in the Bible, and who is known all over the world. Multitudes have worshipped Ashtoreth, mainly because she is known by many other names. Most likely, you have heard of Aphrodite, Astarte, and Venus. They are all the same as Ashtoreth, and her influence hasn’t grown weaker, but stronger. We try to expose several ways we are seeing her influence right here in our Nation that is under God. Today’s show may be a little more geared towards an adult audience at times, but we don’t get very graphic. We felt all of the things we discuss are needful for you to know so you can be well-informed.
Quit stalling and jump aboard this fast-moving train!

In today’s episode, we take up where we left off last week. We are given a more thorough explanation of the 1,000 year period and the first resurrection. We learn that Satan will be loosed after this 1,000 year period, and he goes forth to deceive the nations. We study about the Great White Throne Judgment, how the sea gives up her dead, and how death and hell are cast into the lake of fire. All of this leads up to John seeing the new heaven and the new earth, because the former things are passed away.
In our Q&A segment, we were asked a perplexing question: Is Paul preaching a Calvinistic doctrine in Rom. 9:15-23? What is he saying here?
This is a very encouraging episode, so go ahead and listen!

In today’s episode, we do our 7th Q&A with Bro. Chris Lee. We will explain 2 portions of scripture that a couple of our listeners have found hard to understand, and we answered several other questions as well. We talk about whether one gives an account for things done after they are saved, what it meant for Peter to be converted, who our worship services are designed for, what it means to cast our pearls before the swine, and then we finish with a question from a child regarding dragons.
We believe you will find this episode very informative!

In today’s episode, heaven opens again with a white horse and the One who is Faithful and True upon it. We are given a description of the Word of God here, and then we are told the armies of heaven follows Him. A two-edged sword comes from His mouth, and He is King of kings and Lord of lords. We then see the beast and the false prophet defeated and destroyed, and then an angel unlocks the bottomless pit. He casts the devil into it for 1,000 years, and then there is rejoicing, and rest for the 1,000 years. This is the first resurrection, but the end is not yet. In our Q&A segment, we were asked the question: Have you had any success in dealing with charismatic or worldly Christians?

In today’s episode, we cover a topic that is becoming very popular in today’s culture. Our subject is deconstruction, and we define what it is, explain why it is wrong, and offer suggestions of how to combat it. We cover numerous things under the heading of deconstruction. We go from the atonement to water gun church services, from redemption to rock star preachers. Should we push for sensationalism or traditionalism? Should we tear down the old paths and do church differently in order to gain a younger demographic? Must we do away with biblical doctrine in order to keep our youth interested in church?
We feel today’s episode is imperative for everyone to hear!
