It’s been a fascination of mine over the years to watch how powerful the “comfort zone” is over an advisor. What’s the comfort zone? It’s when an advisors business stops growing. They make just about what they need economically ,plus or minus 5%-10%. If you were to chart their revenue, it would almost be flatlined . They tell themselves and anyone who will listen, that they want to grow but can’t.
