  "I don't have the capacity to do as much as I want and I think what's what? Part of what's happening is I structured my tutoring, my hours in a way where I'd have this amount of time during the week and I'll set it for these particular clients then. But it, but it requires that that structure stays in place for it to work."

  "I think I could do a lot in a role like that because even right now what I, what I try to do with our math classes in 10th grade, we are covering, the students are covering together. Most of them are geometry, but they're spread across four classes. The kids in my structured support class and I try to put like small summaries of the most important things to focus on for the week per class."

After that, another co teacher said, well, another coworker said something along the lines of, we have some advisories, and one teacher has been out for a bit and on and off. I've ended up having to take on a second advisory at once."

  "The role I'm in I like, I think is a good fit for me because I'm exposed to a number of different subjects and the tutoring allows me to expand beyond that. And one of the things I like about being an educator, a non traditional educator in and outside traditional education systems is that I really get to learn without boundaries. And what I mean by that, I'm not really chasing a grade."

  "So how do those two things relate to certain personality traits? There's other things that go into this study, but we'll just focus on those three things for now. And really we're honing down on one. So with the primary caregiver, if you look at the photo here, we have a list of 10 different things. Really, there's only nine, and seven is missing. I think it's really uncle that's supposed to be there."

  "Unlike the push to read more about black in even Native American and Asian history. Asian American history and all that. Which I need to come around full circle because I still have a list of books I have not gotten to yet. There's no real like particular one focus. I just kind of see these things as I come. But on YouTube I think what I want to focus on is more things. What is the platform best for compared to other platforms."
