"It was kind of more like a pressure release in a sense where I think of a lot of things and I like to put it somewhere. And because of my schedule and commute, I don't have time to write the way I used to do in childcare. The time is just not there. I just don't have a quiet place to sit and do that. And this allows me to. This platform allowed me to do that. I don't really like social media."

"And let's say you are ranked 6, is it better that the average score moves up to a 67? No, I'm not doing that. I'm a teacher. Six, seven. Jesus Christ. Let's say 64 from a 52 and that you move from a 72 to an 81? No, 72 to 80, 86. Or is it more important that let's say you even drop a point, 71, but you move from being ranked sixth to number two?"

"All right. I just got done with these. Well, not completely done, but anyway. There's one tutoring agency I'm working with right now. I'm in the training phase for them, and I'm essentially going through tests that I'm taking to see where I'm at in certain subjects before I start tutoring them. And I guess really it's not really the Test you are 85% proficient or something like that."

"Like a lot of stuff you don't really think about, you just kind of do. So those fundamentals don't. You don't really get caught up in those fundamentals as you move up the ladder. And I've talked about different ways of maybe if you were running, overseeing math in the school, what that could look like."

"The, it's the, the size of the machines that I, the robots that I've seen are pretty impressive. But I don't think I'm gonna do that on Saturdays for one, because I cannot bring my son. And two, I just, I do need room, break, more room and a break in my Schedule. So I, it's just deciding if I'll fill what. I'll fill that in with anything."

"Like I've done this when I was younger a lot. But like also making good decisions about how you do things can reduce all that and effort necessarily isn't the same thing as like the best choice. And you want to structure things so it can leverage your effort so you can make the most out of less effort for some students and then fluency with math. Let me go into the next post."

"And then I think we're getting to a rhythm this year where I think in this second trimester we can really do some regular things with the academics that are more days than not in our structured support class. Kind of like testing them and preparing them in little bites. And I think I don't know if I'll be able to do it this year because it seems like a small thing, but it really takes a good bit of like preparation, decision and structure if I were to do this again."

"So I reached out to people local to me and I made sure to be careful to emailing one particular place because twice they had tried to hire me and I wasn't able to and they were like down the street from me and their day ends at 2:30 which would give me, my quality of life would be extraordinarily different there. But what I'm going to do now is actually look for things that are apply for immediate job openings."

"But we're duplicating the effort. And what it really comes down to is having the student being forced at the light, forced to be in a particular space. And we're going to. And I fear that you confuse that sort of like that sort of pressure with actually doing anything different, which is not different than was done before."
