"And for a little while I also had one of those, you know, remote Internet things you use through your telephone company, your cell phone company. So I would actually, when it's warm, go by the beach and work as an example. And also libraries and some coffee shops before. Now, when you're working full time at a place like a school versus remote, where you work wherever you want, things are a little bit different."

"And right now on the weekends, on Saturdays, most Saturdays I'm serving to K in third through sixth grade. There was a time when I was an interventionist, a math interventionist in one of the public schools serving students in the K through 3. But that really was really. "I think a perfect combination of the two would have been something like keep the role I'm at part time while doing this part time if it could work because then you get the kind of best of both worlds. Also, I'm not sure if I meet the standard that they're looking for. I try to tease out from leadership in that organization what exactly are they looking for somebody who has managed the program. "So once or twice, I think twice a year. My son's school system takes assessments for reading, what do you call reading comprehension, but reading and math. And he's in first grade now. They have done this since kindergarten and basically compares him to a national benchmark. I mean, he scored really well in reading in the 99th percentile overall and in the two categories they have, which I'm sure there's subcategories underneath that too. He scored in the 90s in both of them."

"I usually don't do this in the middle of the day and I really don't have a lot of time because I probably have to finish some work through lunch to be prepared for next period. But I just. And of course I don't devolve as much, I'll be general as possible. But I just came out of a meeting basically through a students initial district in our school, basically revolving around the results of assessments. And I just found it highly invaluable."

"So rather than look at content for like where they're at on the timeline for their syllabus since we only have two days of full school in the rest of the week or other things and then the break, I think what I'm going to do for history is focus on how those things are put together and graded study that and I also talked about ELA work eventually I, I think it might be good since it's no guarantee that you always have the same teachers."
