"But for a human who is into the spiritual path is definitely possible given that he is having intensified desire not to have desires. So it is interesting. All right. "And let me also touch upon some important elements and almost at 12 years back my journey into yoga has started and 7 years back into spirituality. So if you are not into yoga and other things, mostly what we see in the social media and in general, people treat mindfulness meditation as one and same and synonymous.
