"Now, if it's a social gathering, which I limit those as well because like I said, I'm emotional, intelligent, so I attract all these energies. And people nowadays don't see a therapist because they think mental health is like, not for them. And I'm like, well, if you don't talk your issues out, how are you going to be a better person moving forward? And that's for everybody."

"For example, if criticism is given in a good way, people instead of stepping back, they would move forward and try to change themselves or the manners they are, the patterns they were using before which didn't give them the result, they would change everything and bring up a better and a proper mood from their side. But when we hear criticism we often feel so rejected and from then onwards we stop trying."

"If it is something that I am able to work on and something that is going to help me grow as a person, of course I will be more positive and more accepting of the criticism. So I think it all depends on what the criticism is for and who is giving the criticism. If it's somebody who I value and trust, of course I'll be more open to it."

  • @notessonthego | What is the difference between being and existence?
Click here to reply to @notessonthego

"You are just basically living life as a physical body, as a physical entity, without really having any sort of emotional input into it and not enjoying it, not, you know, having any emotional responses to it. It is existing for the sake of it. But being is, you know, you're being conscious, you're being aware, you're being emotionally adept. I think that's what the main difference is. Thank you."

"Notice these things. But I think I'm really thankful for my children to be able to sometimes, you know, step back and really be in awe of nature around you. So I think, yeah, I think the mountains, the sea, the. Even. Even something as simple as going for a walk and seeing a green field, the vastness of the expanse, I think. I think that's it."

"Thank you for this prompt. For me, what gives me a real sense of awe is those quite unexpected moments I share with my student. And they really often bring tears to my eyes. It is the bond I built with my students over the time. It's never about the lessons or the marks or the syllabus. It's about the connection. The way a child slowly begins to open up, starts to trust me and begins to see me as more than just a teacher."

"Writers are told their plots offenders yet time polishes ego's stone to humble hues brilliantly grown in homes, in halls, in hallowed lines Criticism chisels sharp but kind no form created ever stood without resistance for its greater good. Critic as spiritual fire, not punishment but prayer. What is critique if seen just right, a recognition of different light."

"Would it change things for the better? Or maybe it's something as you, when you evaluate it, when you work on it, things, you know, things may not. It may not make a difference whether it's important or not, how much effort you put on. Maybe it's out of your control. So I guess another thing is how much it is or isn't out of your control. What is your initial, like, emotional reaction to it?"

  • @Pratimaraj07 | Do you think most people are on a spiritual journey?
Click here to reply to @Pratimaraj07

"I would say spirituality is a choice and one cannot step back if once one has taken the decision and the path so spirituality is has nothing to do with religion Spirituality is about mindfulness living life with awakening and awareness and meditation is of course one of the progress of spirituality and it is a not a compulsion route to life but it is a peace that could render you in your lifetime so spirituality is from within and it cannot be forced so that's the beauty of spirituality once into your you are into it lot of things changes as per how you perceive things observe seek respond emotions and all these things comes step by step and not not within a day you don't change see the changes within a day it gradually develops and progresses so it's a beautiful path if one chooses and thank you for connecting hope to connect more in future."

  • @notessonthego | Does time exist objectively?
Click here to reply to @notessonthego

"And I think memory is a huge part of time as well. So that's your past, you know, and the future is obviously your speculation. So I don't think time can ever exist objectively. It is always in relation to something within us, something around us, and something that makes us see sense in the world around us. So that was my view. Thank you."
