The No Jumper podcast network evolved from a blog on Tumblr in 2011 to a podcast in 2016, and later into a network with various hip-hop themed shows. Point and Shoot's is a comedic commentary on No Jumper podcast incidents that got on my radar a few months back. He covered Adam22's meltdown on the @Whatever Podcast, offers entertaining insights and visual jokes. Point and Shoot's relentless roasting of of the No Jumper crew is juvenile but hilarious. He attacks other people on the crew like Sharp, 1090 Jake and Poetic Flakko. Addressing podcast commentators, like Point and Shoot, may amplify negativity, kind of like the "Streisand Effect," so creators should respond tactfully, if at all. Embracing critics, as seen with comedians like Big Jay Oakerson, Luis J Gomez, Dave Smith, Bert Kreischer and Steve O, can defuse tensions and redirect focus to collaboration rather than conflict.
