Relationships, friendships, work, family, hobbies, etc. Time is important, do what you are meant to do with it. This week was more good than bad, finally got a date for the surgery which put a damper on my mood created a very high level of anxiety and stress. I've struggled with a fear of hospitals for long as I can remember so knowing I have to do this has me feeling a way. On the good side my God babies came over and lifted my spirits we had a ball, playing laughing cooking, etc They are my lovies and to see them enjoying themselves along with the boys was cool. The universe lined the stars perfectly for this episode, we discuss conditions needed to create unconditional emotions. Keep your arms hands and legs in the vehicle at all times and enjoy the ride. It will all make sense in the end.

In faith that you all are good, its been a bit of a frustrating week for me but I am still breathing so I’m still fighting, going through it pretty bad this week health-wise but a few members of the GC are starting a fitness club which I am excited about, I've worked out on my own but to no avail. I realized I was not qualified as a trainer or nutritionist and sometimes google is not the best way to go about things. the same attn we give out minds we need to give our bodies and vice versa. We need to protect our mind from unqualified people, and not be afraid to ask, what are your qualifications

This week was decent besides the ongoing side effects of the medicine I actually had enough energy and mental strength to kind of start a schedule. It's difficult doing things on the fly my mind constantly is roaming everywhere. The pain is real and sometimes I feel like if I told anyone the positivity would confuse them then pain is inevitable the key is to learn who you are so that you can release what is not meant for you to make room for what is.

This week has been hectic really trying to get me together. New meds really affecting me, taking everything in me to just understand it's for the good. I’m having all the major side effects and want to stop like I’m just so fatigued so it's difficult for me to even get up. It seems like right when I'm about to hit a positive stride it's an attack, but the fight goes on. Believe in yourself, if you are doing the work don’t let anyone put you in a bubble don’t back down be willing to die for your peace. it doesn’t matter how anyone sees you, you gotta see who you want to be and fight for that. Perspective – is defined as “the interrelation in which a subject or its parts are mentally viewed” fight for yours.

This leads us to discuss the difficulties of single parenting and the processing of adjusting. Over as humans, we need breaks doesn’t matter from family friends work or even your own kids.
