Full Hour | Today, Dom led off the Dom Giordano Program by discussing President Joe Biden’s speech yesterday addressing the gun violence after the horrific shootings in Buffalo and in Texas. First, Dom plays back a clip from Biden in which the President suggests voters turn gun control into a single-issue vote, asking voters to ignore the rampant inflation that has taken off during his reign. Dom takes umbrage with the suggestion, explaining why it’s incredibly important to be a well-rounded voter. Then, Giordano discusses a Rasmussen poll asking voters for their response to Dinesh D’Souza’s 2000 Mules, and takes calls from listeners offering their opinion on the side topic and boom parties, a topic spoken about often during yesterday’s show.

Then, John McNesby, head of Philadelphia’s FOP Lodge 5, rejoins the Dom Giordano Program to tell us the story of Patrick Keller, an officer who was shot at while on the job in Philadelphia. First, McNesby tells Giordano Keller’s story, telling him about the young cop who was shot at by a culprit using a ghost gun. McNesby and Keller joined together yesterday to hold a press conference expressing disappointment in the District Attorney’s office and Larry Krasner after news broke that the shooter will only face 4-8 years and probation. Giordano makes the point that DA Krasner’s biggest talking point has been ghost guns, yet he continues to value his anti-police rhetoric over genuinely taking control of the issue.
