Game Recap: Stars 4, Canucks 2

 

The Stars defeated the Canucks 4–2 at Rogers Arena, continuing their strong run (six wins in seven games).

 

Goals by the Stars: Jason Robertson scored again (extending his streak), Colin Blackwell broke the tie in the third with a breakaway, and Mikko Rantanen sealed it with 1:31 left.

 

For Vancouver: Elias Pettersson had a power-play tally (his line produced) but it wasn’t enough.

 

The Canucks’ penalty kill remains a glaring weakness, and tonight it cost them.
