Harvest is a bodyworker, massage therapist, and professional aerialist and burlesque performer who holds an MA in Occupational Therapy. This week we discuss posture: what it is, why it’s important, different kinds of posture and how posture impacts our health. Harvest gives us tips and exercises for how to stay in alignment, while both sitting and standing, so that we can be in connection with our body and develop postural awareness for better health.
