Podcast #176 guest is Jeff Ullrich. Jeff Had 2 near death experiences. His first NDE Experience was when he was 9 years old.  In Jeff's infancy, childhood, and late teens, Jeff received divine healing and gifts from three miracles: 1. Sight from complete blindness in a 1966 anointing; 2. Strength from loss of will to live in a 1975 NDE; 3.
