The President delivers a very political address aimed at convincing voters that he isn't too old to beat Donald Trump or too weak to govern, if only Republicans would get out of the way. But while bringing up abortion and Roe v. Wade, immigration and the border, and democracy and Jan. 6, he didn't offer many bipartisan grace notes or propose an agenda that can pass Congress.
