Genuine care and concern for workplace teams and relationships might sound simple, and yet it is something we all know we need more of and probably needs to be DOING more of too. It is what employees truly require from their employers. Caring entails being able to truly listen to others and be willing to hear what everyone on the team has to say around what they need and what they believe.

Marija has experience working in the public sector, health care, manufacturing, media, and not-for-profit sectors with diverse occupational and geographical groups.
