Lauren leads the commercial effort at two Dutch studios - Eli5, which builds custom digital products and Noco, which covers no-code design and development. Day-to-day she is responsible for planning and executing the business development, sales and marketing strategies for both companies. She also works on the validation and launch of the in-house products Eli5 creates.
Lauren talks to me about self-organising teams, planning commercial activities in sprint, getting support from the developers and designers to inform her marketing campaigns, and how Eli5 is establishing subsidiary companies to support their expansion.
To contact Lauren, reach out to her by email [email protected] or on Twitter.
Thank you to Jorrit Keijzer, Founder of the Papyr app, for his question.
