The two discuss the United States' recent trade negotiations with China.

Leo wrote in a recent blog that Trump’s tariffs put Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin in a position of strength in negotiations with the Chinese over trade cheating and the massive U.S. trade deficit with China. But that Mnuchin squandered it by lifting the tariffs and getting nothing solid in return.
