Seasonal depression or the more medical term, Seasonal Affective Disorder, is a real thing, and just to normalize it for you, over 3 million people experience this a year. Coping through the holidays and through the winter season is tough, especially when you have loved ones not with you, or if this is not a happy time for you. This is the season of giving, as everyone likes to say, so how about we give ourselves a little grace and peace this holiday season.
