  • 1-2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup chickpeas
  • Small tin of tuna
  • Tub of yoghurt
  • Slice of cheese
  • Dollop of hummus
  • 3-4 falafel
  • Spoon of peanut butter
  • 1-2 slices of deli meat
  • Sprinkle of chia seeds
