In today’s PEP talk, I discuss a newfound conclusion I have come to that's not exactly popular... hard work does NOT guarantee success. However, I think this mindset comes from a more positive place than expected. I hope this mindset and the reasons why we talk about this idea make sense. The idea may not initial provide comfort, but I hope by the end of the episode you understand more about why this mindset may be a more protective thing than what's expected.

In today’s PEP talk, I discuss perfectionism: the pros, the cons, and my thoughts on it in general. Some of my ideas might surprise you! This podcast is called Pursuing Excellence for a reason, so I can't wait for us to talk about this topic together. Please send me your feedback on this one! I can't wait to hear what you think.

In today’s PEP talk, I discuss quitting: the right time to do it and when not to do it. There are ways to go about making such an important decision, and I hope today's episode helps you get closer to making the best decision for you. If you're quitting something to pursue excellence somewhere else, that's likely a safe way to go!
