What are you focusing on right now?
In a world full of distractions, it's easy to find ourselves not paying attention to what we really want in life.
As the common saying goes; Where your focus flows, your energy flows.
And life is all about energy…
To help us understand all about this and more, we are joined by Eric John Campbell. He is a Tik Tok star and is releasing his book soon. Eric teaches people about the power of attention, and that's the idea behind his upcoming book.
The dream life we all desire is a kind of energy or feeling. When we connect with this feeling and align the frequency of our heart's greatest desire by focusing our attention, then success comes easily rather than through hard work.
Success is a result of being in the correct frequency.
But you might be wondering how to get into this frequency….Listen to this fascinating conversation and learn all about frequency and energy and how they all come together to attract success.
Key Takeaways
- Where you focus goes-your energy goes (06:08)
- How energy attracts success (12:08)
- Perspective helps to maintain a high frequency (18:59)
- Whatever you focus your attention on will grow (25:43)
- How to frame things in a more optimistic light (26:11)

Imposter syndrome is an inability to see how good you are. It is something all people experience at some point in life.
Regardless of what level you're at, anytime, you enter a new space that's unfamiliar (reaching a new level in business, getting a promotion), you’ll feel like you don't belong there. That's Imposter syndrome.
Then you ask yourself: “Should I be here? Do I know enough? Am I smart enough? Have I achieved enough? Am I worthy enough?...”
And it’s perfectly normal to feel insecure when you are in a new environment. But giving up is not the option - you should use the situation to research and learn.
And that’s the point in coping with Imposter syndrome - to use it to push yourself to the next level.
In this episode, we’re trying to explain that no one can avoid Imposter syndrome because the alternative is staying in a comfort zone forever.
We’ll also show you that you’re not alone.
If you tune in for the new episode of the Push podcast, you’ll also find out how a billionaire dealt with Imposter syndrome, who you should compete with, and what Eddie and Janelle’s methods for overcoming insecurity are.
So, let’s dive in!

We recently had the first anniversary of the grand closing of the Cake Mamas Bakery, having operated the brick-and-mortar shop for 10 years.
After retiring from the bakery, Eddie and I are now more focused on mentoring and coaching small business entrepreneurs in the beginning stages or those stuck in their business.
Having served more than 1000 students through our coaching program, we thought we should share the 10 lessons that keep small business owners stuck. These lessons are from the observations we have made while coaching our students.
However, as you'll be hearing Eddie and I discuss them in detail, you'll notice that they don't apply only to the business owners. They can apply to everyday life in general.
So whether you are a current business owner, aspiring business owner, or someone looking to level up in your life, you'll find a ton of value in these lessons. 🎧 Listen In!

You’ve probably seen our Greece vacation photos on my Instagram and thought that we really had a good time over there with the whole family.
Yeah, that’s right. We had a really wonderful time and enjoyed a lot that Greece had to offer. Greece was a dream vacay for us. We fell in love with the culture, the food, the architecture, the amazing beaches, and much more.
What you never saw in the Instagram highlight reels was the problems we faced, the challenges we had to overcome, and the many situations that had the potential to totally spoil our vacation.
But we never allowed this to happen. We were making the best out of every situation that arose and adopting a solution-focused mindset.
If you are on a vacation and things don’t go exactly as you planned, don’t dwell too much on the problem but rather try to have as much fun as you can amid the challenges. Life can be sweet as you make it.
Tune in to this three-episode series and laugh with us as we take you through our trip and all of the crazy things, obstacles, and challenges that we had to overcome because The PUSH podcast is about shifting your perspective and choosing to find the good in things!

Do you have a good relationship with money?
That might be a difficult question to answer for most people, but it is very important to understand what your current relationship with money looks like.
Most of us learn about money from home, our parents, and those who surround us while growing up. But the truth of the matter is that some of the lessons we picked up won’t lead us to financial freedom.
Eddie and I were not always good with money early on in our marriage. Despite both of us earning a decent salary, we always found ourselves late on payments and living paycheck to paycheck.
Undoubtedly, this brought about feelings of anxiety, anger, and shame and caused a strain in our marriage.
But the worst was yet to come…..
When the financial crisis of 2007-08 hit, we both lost our jobs and had to file for bankruptcy.
In hindsight, we can now say that this was a blessing in disguise. We changed our mindset towards money, and this changed everything for us.
We thought we should share the 6 most important tips that worked for us, and hopefully, they can help you in your journey to financial freedom. Stay Tuned!
Key Takeaways:
- Eddie’s gold chain (01:18)
- How’s your relationship with money? (09:10)
