On today’s episode, we talk to Doug Bean about putting technology to work on your operation and the value and efficiencies it can add. 

Doug Bean is the Operations Manager at Noland Cattle Company in Lyons Colorado. He was born and raised in the great state of Kansas and comes from generations of farmers and ranchers that continue to work the land there. He has one wife and three kids and is still amazed Tami said yes to that first date. His oldest boy is a computer science major at Kansas State, his middle boy is a student at Northeastern studying Wind Tech, and his daughter, his youngest, is planning on going to Kansas State to study Agricultural Economics and he could not be any prouder of them and can often be heard bragging about them. Most days he wonders how he got here but mostly he is just happy to be here.
