She is a C.H.E.K. Level 3 Trainer, a Level 2 Fascial Stretch Therapist, a Level 1 ELDOA practitioner, and a certified Pilates Equipment Specialist. Kathleen will complete her life coach practicum this year.

In this episode I brought Maine's Top Skills Trainer Back on the show Ben Teer. During the episode Ben broke down what every basketball struggles with during their career and how to overcome this struggle. We also dove into what makes the clients he trains so successful and what makes him one of the best trainers in the world.
Had the pleasure of having Connecticut’s own pro basketball player Timajh Parker-Rivera During this episode we discussed some of the challenges of playing basketball in Connecticut and how not being in a major basketball state help fueled him to become the best player in the state during and to go on to play D1 and become a pro. We also discussed some of the sacrifices each basketball player has to make during their career to become not only successful but an elite basketball player.

He also shares some untold stories about his experience working beside Kobe Bryant.
In this episode, I had the pleasure of having one of the best pro skills coach in New England Jaquann Starks. In this episode Jaquann gives insight of what players need to play at a high level and what it actually takes to stay there. We also spoke about the mental side of the game and the advice he gives his clients.
About Jaquann:attended Classical Magnet High School in Hartford, CT where he remains the all-time leading scorer as well as the all-time leader in three-point field goals. He finished his high school career with 1,789 points and was also was a two-time All-State athlete, and a two-time school athlete of the year. He led the Classical team to a conference championship and reached the CIAC Class S State Finals in 2011. Jaquann continued his playing career at Trinity College in Hartford, CT in the prestigious NCAA Division III NESCAC league. As a freshman, he topped the NESCAC rankings in three-point field goal percentage, and led Trinity in three-point field goals, free throws, and scoring. As a sophomore, he led the team in scoring, assists, three pointers, minutes played, and assist-to-turnover ratio. In doing so, Jaquann earned a spot on the NESCAC All-Sportsmanship Team. As a junior, Jaquann led the Bantams in scoring, three-pointers, three-point shooting percentage, free throws, and foul shooting percentage. As recognition, Jaquann made the All-NESCAC First Team, Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Division III New England All-Star Third Team, and D3Hoops.com All-Northeast Region Fourth Team. In his senior year, Jaquann helped lead his team to the NCAA Division III Elite Eight. For his final year, he joined the Trinity 1,000 point club, broke the all-time record for three point field goals made, and finished his career as 12th on the all-time scoring list.
