Query & Schultz Podcast

The first hour of Wednesday's show from KSR features Sporting News NBA writer Sean Deveney, plus "Buy It Or Bull," and the IU season mercifully comes to an end.

IMS President Doug Boles comes on to discuss the Brickyard 400 moving to Independence Day weekend and the relationship with NASCAR, the possibility of adding lights to the Speedway, and if Guns N' Roses could ever play a concert at the track.

The guys get back into Romeo/IU and the Brickyard situation, and Query takes Schultz to task for his 7-Eleven "nickname".

Q & S discuss the Brickyard 400 date moving and what it means for the race moving forward. Also, Pacers writer Mark Montieth talks about the Blue and Gold trying to hold off Boston for the #4 seed.

The guys talk about IU's NIT Quarterfinal tonight and if we'll see Romeo Langford take the floor, also Erik Horne joins to preview the Pacers' reunion with PG tomorrow, and Purdue head coach Matt Painter pays the show a visit.

The Purdue head coach joined the show in advance of their Sweet 16 tilt with Tennessee to talk about their thrashing of Villanova, Carsen Edwards' confidence, and fit in some Cubs talk (because of course).

Former NCAA Tournament Director Greg Shaheen spends the entire hour in-studio answering questions about the tourney, from seeding to overall organization.

Q & S discuss the Pacers being in great shape for the #4 seed with the Celtics looking wobbly lately, reveal their Love That Play for this week, and get back into the tournament talk.

The guys kick off the show discussing Purdue's dismantling of Villanova and whether or not it's been an entertaining tournament so far. Also, WISH-TV's Charlie Clifford joins to talk Boilers.

The former Director of the NCAA Tournament joined the guys in-studio to lend his insights on the creation of the bracket, the NCAA aiding in tournament travel for teams, and what he does/doesn't like about the current format.
