Health and Safety Conversations

Question of the Week 14

Listen Later

As a Safety Professional you are encouraged to get to know the people on the front line, the sharp edge. When conducting an investigation after a negative outcome does this lead to confirmation bias if you know the individuals involved and should we always get someone who isn’t from that site to help in the investigation?

The poll is up on LinkedIn, have your say and be heard. Leave a comment if you want to explain further.

Thanks for listening. We have some great guests coming up in future pods so get ready to learn. Until next time, enjoy the rest of your week, and stay safe. https://plus.acast.com/s/health-and-safety-conversations.
