Most times we look around us and look for ways "IT" has already been done and we do it exactly the same way. We never try to do it our way. Today I challenge you to do it your way and put a new meaning to how "IT" is done.

Today look outside of yourself and show an act of kindness. It can be to a stranger or a family member. Just show someone you care enough to give them a smile or some encouraging words.

You have no idea what others may be going through and that one act of kindness could brighten up their day and make it better. Or your kindness may just give them hope.

Be an encourager, the world is full of so much hurt and we need more people to encourage others on this journey called "Life."

We pray for success and achievements but when God grants it we get upset because we do not expect to receive it like He grants it. Sometimes we want it wrapped up nice and pretty and wants it to look and feel gentle. No pain, no worries, no hard work, just an easy ride to success.

This is generally not how God grants success. In order to appreciate anything great there must be work, great work in the process. That is just how success comes. Push and than look on the other side of your hard work, success is on the other side.

Sometimes God throws lot at us to see if we will realize the main focus of our lives. The reasons He brings success. We must be mindful that we do not deviate from the main platform He has granted because if we do, we just might lose it all.

Stay on task but keep focus on the main platform God has granted you.

What are some of the ways you increase yourself? Are you growing through social media? Solitude? Through your community? Have you realize that you can also increase yourself through lots of reading?

This is one major way I tend to increase my size. I read a lot. I research a lot. I am always finding different books and subjects to expand on, and this one way you can build wealth. When you know more and you act on it, you increase in wealth because knowledge is power.

I encourage you to make reading a habit, if it is not already. Try and read two to three great books every month. Trust me, you will be gathering treasures from any great book. This will help increase your size - personal growth.

Are you still struggling to figure out what your niche is? Maybe you are doing odd jobs and you are unhappy?

This could be the time you think hard at what you want out of life and in so doing you can figure out what you are most comfortable or most productive at. You may be able to develop something great and be your best and most productive than you have even been.

Do not rule those things that you are very great at, even if they do not bring you income now. You may be able to turn it around if its truly something you want to develop.

It is a daily task but the key is you must want to pursue this and go after it with everything you have. On the other hand if you have figured things out but a little confuse because everybody expects you to do it their way. Make sure you do what YOU want to do and what truly make sense. Remember it is you who must feel secure about this because that is the only way you can be most productive.

Hi beautiful sisters. Today lets start to make little miracles everyday. We can by the things we profess in our lives. We can call things into being by the power God has invested us with. God grants you wisdom to do this, use your God-given power to form your life the way you want it.

Speak great things into your life and let them be things you truly want. Don't just say things because you heard someone else say it. You must speak those things you really want to happen for you, be specific and stop being general. Once you are clear about your vision and put in the work, it becomes a reality.

Today I urge you to start making little miracles everyday by speaking positively into your life.

Stop sitting around thinking that when God created you, He was creating you just for fun and there are no real reasons to you being created. When God created you, He had (still has) great reasons for doing so. However, most times we are just too busy to sit still to listen to His reasons or we are just too full of our own reasons that we do not take the time to find out His real purpose for our lives.

When you become aware of yourself and start to think to yourself over and over “why was I put on this earth?” you are than beginning to listen to God’s reason/purpose for your life.

We generally can find our purpose in service to others. Start to look of for the things you do which inspire and bring meaning to others lives. Chances are, that is your purpose. God always use our purpose to serve or bless His people.

This does not necessarily mean you have to stand on a pulpit in church and preach the gospel because we are preaching the gospel every day, by the way we live our lives and how we interact with others etc. No matter what your purpose is, it adds meaning to your life and the life of others.

Seek God and let Him direct you and help you figure out why you were created and then maximize it and improve it.

You don't give up because you have fallen several times, you stand up as many times as you have fallen or even more times than you have fallen.

Until you no longer have life, you must remain persistent. You must keep striving even if anyone else tells you there is no hope. Keep pushing for what you truly desire and what you want out of life.

Do not take your zeal and talents to the grave without sharing them with the world. There is something in you that the world needs and ONLY YOU can accomplish it, so keep on keeping on and never let the next person tell you, you cannot. When and if they do, tell them "yes I can" and you move out into the world and make it happen.

Stalls and stomping blocks will come along, tall walls and huge oceans will rise up but you continue to push harder and rise up above them. Once you show yourself that you can achieve it, God will give you the strength to make it through. Just keep believing and being persistent.

If you want to accomplish anything that you have been thinking about, you have to grow past the idea phase. If you have all these ideas and you have not been able to accomplish any of them, let me bring it to you today, you are in the idea phase and you will not get ahead if all you do is "think" about what you want to do and not start "doing" what you want to do.

In this podcast I share some steps or tips on what I do to move from the idea phase to reality.

Stop waiting for things to happen. If you cannot find the opportunity you are looking for, "make" the opportunity for yourself.
