So many of us have fantasized about quitting medicine, or leaving our current position, convinced that we will feel better. My guest today, Dr Mary Leung is an employed Hematology/Oncology Physician who believed this too for many years, but didn't want to leave the life she had outside of medicine, and so felt stuck. Until she found coaching that is. Through coaching, she was able to see how her thoughts were influencing her experience, and by using the tools she learned, she was able to become not only more efficient at her work, saving her precious time, but she was more effective, more present in her life, inside and outside of the exam room. She now shares these tools with other Physicians, and we talk today about how coaching can help us get unstuck.

Dr Leung practices in Long Island, NY as a employed Physician, and is board-certified in Hematology and Medical Oncology. She studied at the University of Buffalo, and is originally from Hong Kong. She has her own Physician Coaching Business outside of her medical work, and loves spending time on the beach, and pursuing her love of desserts!
