Not everyone who seeks access to our lives has good intentions. We'll delve into recognizing red flags and understanding when someone may not deserve the space they're asking for. Allowing the wrong people into our lives can affect our emotional well-being. Trusting our instincts is key in this process. Access denied.
Throughout this episode, we're going to explore various aspects of grief. We'll talk about how to support ourselves and how to embrace vulnerability, and how to find solace amid the pain. Grief, as painful as it is, can lead us to uncover strengths we didn't know we had, cherish the memories we shared, and honor the legacies of those we've lost. Grief isn't linear, and it's okay not to have all the answers, not to know how to heal or when the pain will subside.
Caution!!!!! I am speaking on God and not holding back no thoughts or feelings. Have you ever felt so out of it like God isn't listening to you or maybe you feel so stuck and uncomfortable, alone even? This episode is for you. I am opening up about my current faith status and how I am getting through this process, trusting God and fighting my flesh all at the same time,
Picture this: You're in a relationship, and there are red flags popping up left and right. Maybe your partner doesn't fully support your dreams, or they have a hard time communicating openly and honestly. You might even notice that they don't treat you with the love and respect you know you deserve. But here's the thing, loves – settling for less than you deserve can lead to a cycle of unhappiness and unfulfillment. It's essential to remember that we are worthy of love and respect. You deserve to be with someone who lifts you up, supports your aspirations, and cherishes you for who you are.
Do you know how important it is to protect your energy or peace whichever suits you? One of the main components of doing this would be to set boundaries. Not letting people pull you into a bad space, get up under your skin and make you angry. People and places like work just take you out of your hookup. This healing journey can be hard and you have to put yourself first. Set those boundaries in all spaces of life, work, family, friends, with your emotions everything. Don't take on more than you can try to please other people.
