Meditation is easy when you are sat in a quiet room on a soft cushion or up in the mountains in a hermit cave, but maintaining that state of present awareness, peace and consciousness throughout your day, is not so easy, especially when you are stuck in traffic, or dealing with a child throwing a tantrum or in the middle of an argument about money etc etc. 

That's why micro dosing on God, as I call it, is a very effective, quick work around to help you maintain your zen monk state throughout your day, whatever life is doing in front of you.

Sprinkling glitter on poop doesn't stop the poop smelling or being there, it merely makes it look pretty for a moment before you realize its anything but a pretty sparkly new toy! 

Spiritual bypassing is kinda just that - sprinkling glitter on poop. But the law of attraction and manifestation gurus tell you to stay in your vibrational alignment to what you want, stay high vibe and stay positive, which feels a lot like sprinkling glitter on poop most of the time. 

In this episode I discuss in depth the subtle differences between spiritual bypassing and staying committed to your desired state of being, and how one is wholly powerful and potent, and the other just is a pile a BS (glittery poop) basically!
