Radiant Soul

Creating a life you love and lights your soul up is a possibility. A real one. And, our beautiful little brains like to protect us by asking lots of questions, but often the wrong questions. The types of question that keep us stuck and spinning and not loving life.

Opening up how you see the world can make magic happen real quick, and in this episode I discuss how its a simple as a single question.

Soul Shots episodes are 5 minutes or less and a little tonic to perk up your soul when it's feeling a bit defeated. Take a quick shot when you're short on time, or binge the lot for when you really need help!. Either way, they are here for you.

In this episode I discuss the ownership of ideas and inspiration - where it comes from and what's yours and what isn't.

I blow a few myths on limitations and how I don't actually think they are a bad thing. If you're sick of hearing about how we live in a limitless universe, but feel limited AF, then this episode is for you, because its gold what I'm gonna tell you.

and lastly I discuss our good old friend perfectionism!

If you didn't catch the other episodes, no worries, there's no order you have to listen to these in, all lessons are valuable in helping you create your best soul rich life.

In this episode I discuss desires, why what you desire is meant for you, and the most powerful way of praying or asking for what you want. Hint: its not actually about asking!

As an artist, we are uniquely in a position of 'creator' and as creation is what made all of life and creation as we know it, it has many teaching for us in how to navigate life and creation with ease and grace.

In this mini series I explore 9 of these lessons I've learned and discuss how they show up in life too. Helping you to more fully co-create your own life and live with grace and ease, which ultimately equals freedom and joy.

Soul Shots are guaranteed to be 5 minutes or less (give or take a few seconds!) and perk your soul up just when it needs it. Consume in 1 shot when you're short on time and need a quick boost, or binge drink the lot and enjoy the hangover...

In this episode I share with you a story about my son and his education and how it was a major sticking point for me. When I used this one simple tool I'm sharing with you today, it opened up the whole situation and quite literally opened my eyes to seeing things differently, which then shifted things in the real world too and made things so much better for us both.

Its also easy and doesn't take much effort, because honestly, who wants to effort hard and labour over shit?! Not me. I'm a cat in a human body and have zero desire to make things harder than they need be, so this tool, and nearly all the others I share, are my lazy way of making life easier and more loving in the difficult times.

I'll be quiet now because you've probably spent longer reading these notes than getting your quick Soul Shot!

In this episode you'll learn 3 things I've learned from being an artist, that have massively helped me navigate life with ease and grace.

These are valuable life lessons and ways of opening up to co-create with life in a way that lets life feel better and be more wonderful and magical.
You'll learn about getting out of your own way, about the WTF stage and about how timing is not up to you but that its all okay!

Warning, I swear a lot in this episode for want of better expressions!

Rest is a powerful and magical thing and yet we are trained over and over again to ignore our need for rest and keep pushing through.

Well this episode calls BS to that and I'm sharing a story with you that shows the exact opposite to what we think we should do, actually creates far more useful productivity. Its counterintuitive but its real and its something that don't tell us, because it keeps us out of our power and constantly on the struggle bus.

Soul Shots! micro episodes are guaranteed to be 5 minutes or under (give or take a second or two!) and give your soul a powerful little shot of tonic that gives it just the boost it needs. Perfect for when you need a quick pick me up or minute of inspiration.

We live in a world that is constantly bombarding us with messages of lack, of not having enough, not being enough, not owning enough, and perhaps if we could just be, do or have this thing then we will be ok.

But I'm here to tell you abundance is all around us, and is ours at our fingertips. And I'm using my experience of Costco as an example, because I just LOVE me some Costco. No, I'm not being paid for advertising here, but I am speaking from me heart when I say Costco trips make me so happy for so many reasons.

So join me on this journey to the Land of the Giants (my other name for it!) because only giants need nutella in such big tubs! and come have some fun learning all about abundance.

This episode is slightly longer than our usual 5 minutes Soul Shots because at the beginning and the end I tell you about an exciting opportunity to work with me on an Ignited Soul Journey. However, the main episode is still less than 5 minutes, so if you want to jump just to that, it starts at 1.07 mins and ends at 5.55 mins.

Soul Shots! are micro episodes guaranteed to be 5 minutes are less and provide the perfect tonic for a quick pick me up for your soul.

In today's episode I share a story which was literally the beginning of my true awakening to the magic within. It was thanks to this story that I'm here today on this path, sharing my insights. This little humble flower started it all, and I'm going to use its story to reflect back to you, just how important you are and how needed and magnificent you are and what you want to bring through is.

So enjoy and cheers!
