When I first decided to create a podcast, my immediate thought was that there were far too many podcasts already out there and mine would just be adding to the noise, but when I embraced and owned these thoughts and opened up to the fact that if even one person listened and got value, then the doors opened and ideas came flooding in, including the inspiration for the name of this very podcast - 'Oh no please not another podcast!'

In this episode I talk about why I named the podcast 'Oh no please not another podcast' and why this is an important first lesson for any of you who hear the calling of your soul but don't feel like you can do it and keep making excuses not to do the thing. 

Join me to understand what derails you from your soul's path and makes the going harder than it need be, and what you can do about it to move forward.
