Executive director at Ubuntu Initiative, Stephen Lober, has warned that if nothing radical is done to alleviate unemployment, particularly among the youth, South Africa will see a massive crisis. His warning comes as the country's top executives prepare to attend a jobs summit in Sandton in the north of Johannesburg this morning. The summit brings together influential leaders across South Africa to explore how the private sector can support government's initiatives to create new employment opportunities.
