The statement is true when you are hurting and you wish hurt upon the person who did you wrong is like drinking poison ☠️ hoping the other person dies.

Learn and understand the detriment it has when holding onto resentment. Honestly, it literally disrupts the make up of your body causing things like suppressing your immune system. And then shit can get real difficult! 😅

But hey! The work it takes to get to an understanding of it all is worth a set time with the pain, rather than a life time of it... Tiff has been known to quote that from a time or two 🙌🏼

Today's episode was a groundbreaker moment based on Kristen's experience on some inner child work.

Right when you think you have dealt with late trauma and you think you got it all figured out, there's always something. Not that, that's a bad thing!

Figuring out these traumas resonates so much with behaviours from thought. Once they are understood, it gives us this limitless mindset belief. Like a huge load off the shoulders. Like taking off the ball and chain... 🤓

Every rock bottom will defer from one another. We even try to re-live that one time over and over and over again. 🤦🏻‍♀️

A rock 🪨 bottom is when you feel at your lowest point 👇🏼. Hoping to not be there for too long but its there for you for a good reason. It’s just hard to see 👓 it for what it is until some time passes.

The key 🔑 thing is to know is that it's happening for you and not to you. There is a lesson in it all. It's you to choose if you are ready to uncover what is getting in your way from evolving. 👆🏼

How has this worldly situation we found ourselves in since March 2019, impacted us in a more positive aspect? There is so much to be grateful for. We know we can’t ignore how it can do the opposite. This last year has only amplified deep rooted feelings for both. To understand how the mind works when we keep focused on all bad that a mindset never gets a break from that heavy feeling. We are also habitual. Us humans can stay in a collective mindset and weather is positive or negative, it will always grow. Please read that sentence again… Much like the saying “ you get real good at what you practise.”

There is work that it takes to get to a place where you know what it feels like be in a low vibration of energy. It never feels easy but it’s promised to feel like life just got a bit lighter. We are meant to feel the anger and sadness but we are also meant to work through it and not stuff down so far you can’t see it.

Whats the solution to this?
