Amongst all the laughs and good times its important to talk about the down times. 😢 They are just as important as the good ones. Thoughts and feelings that can lead to self destruction make it really hard to reach out. Hear Tiffany’s experience the week prior 😅. It wasn’t all rainbows and butterflies 🦋 as most people might think when they see Instagram or Facebook profiles. 🤔

Just because the good times are shared mostly doesn’t mean there are the difficult times happening. It’s a choice to share those things and no one should be judged for that ✊🏼 Sharing the hard times are very difficult and can be very personal.

Have you ever thought ill about someones actions? Weather its someone seemingly to be a bitch 🥸cause they didn’t acknowledge you (they are shy as fuck FYI) or scratching your head because someone isn’t getting back to you and its unusual? You really just have no idea what that person could be struggling with. 😬

This is real shit! 🤯 Maybe if you are the one judging you are the one that is struggling and in complete denial. We can all do this from time to time and just need to check ourselves and reflect a bit. Just know that if you are judging it is a big sign 🪧 that you are mirroring the things you 👩‍⚖️ in yourself. It’s part of being human so don’t beat yourself up too much about it! But it is important to take responsibility and reflect on it.

Take this in for a sec… if you haven’t heard from someone in awhile that you care for, maybe that is a 🪧 to reach out and see if all is okay 👌🏼 . And if you are that person who has been more on the receiving end of things make an effort to pay back the gesture you were once grateful for. We need to receive and give. There should be a balance in that.

In this episode, learn different ways to cope in such situations. There are many tools that we talk about you can use to get you out of the dumps 💩 . One of the most important things we can do is to reach out, even when you don’t want to. If you feel you don’t have that person, Kristen and Tiffany are committed to being that sounding board to those in need. But they won’t know unless you give that bit of a shout out. 🤗

The story of Nicky: Intuitive Reiki Master and spiritual goddess~ Healer & Medium

It is not hard to have many questions for this intuitive goddess but we used this time for her story. Where she came from to who she is now. In which we couldn’t fit it all into just one segment as it was so worth having two! 📗

Part 1: 📕

Nicky’s story reviles the difficulties of growing up in the foster care system with the loss of her family. You can only imagine how hard that can be on a young child. But, she learns after 24 foster homes that she had to take care of herself. Challenging the system became the birth of independent living for minors. 👧🏻

Growing up hard with no real guidance can steer a young mind into the dark side almost naturally. Which by the time it was too late Nicky found herself laying so deep in her spiral; seeing life beyond that was never a thought

of a possibility. ☪️

After getting through treatment from heavily abusing pharmaceuticals, the break-up from her love put her in such a depression (still sober) that her best friend just couldn’t witness any longer. So she took action. Taking Nicky to the very place that changed her forever!🧘🏻‍♀️
