What is fear? Why do we even have fear? What is it really for? 🤷🏻‍♀️

It is the word we use to describe an emotional reaction to something that seems dangerous. But we use it in another way. People use this word to describe things that may feel unsafe or unsure. 😬

This is a big cause if why we avoid so many situations. Being fearful of things that are not anything to be afraid of. What we are talking about is avoid any situations because you are worried it might trigger an uncomfortable feeling.

If we work through this type of fear we would realize that we had nothing to be fearful of. Like even with something as simple as just driving to the store and buying toilet paper.

Leaning into this avoidance can spiral into almost a type of phobia.

So we decided to switch things up a bit and get out while recording. We found ourselves at a semi local brewery that has been known for great food and service. Guess you could call it date night! 🤷🏻‍♀️

This episode we wanted to touch on the things close to our heart ❤️ and it all started on how Tiffany read a post from someone who struggles with self confidence. She found herself triggered and withdrawn because she it seemed as though she felt like she was possibly being judged by another person. 🙄

A few things... not good to assume anything if it's not clear. It is really easy to make up stories about things that are far from true. 😪

How about that resting bitch face?! It must happen more often then not when we are in deep thought and you just never know who's watching. 😐

Then to also assume that the story you have made up about a situation is the way it is. 📖

Natalie 💁🏼‍♀️ shares her journey through illness. Western medicine could only take her so far and it was never fully explained what or why? 🤷🏼‍♀️So she was always very ill which having children and a family made it very hard and challenging. 🙇🏼‍♀️

She decided to take life into her own hands and tried an eastern approach 🌱 and now the rest is history! Grateful! 🙌🏼
