Madison's Message: Childbirth is not meant to be quieted nor controlled. Childbirth is a transformation. A song to be sung! It is subjective and completely Intimate. Childbirth is primal, sexual, and full of wild emotions. It is an honor to be a part of your Journey as you welcome a child earth-side. There have been many years of harmful programming from the media and in areas of maternal health that has caused women to feel as if they are not in tune with their bodies. An Ode To Birth reminds women of their instinctual cycles. The focus is to help you establish a deep connection with yourself and in turn, you will discover the power of your sacral vessel-the womb!

How do you cultivate more JOY in your life?

-What is that thing you do for fun, that brings you PEACE. It will never feel like a chore you can do it for hours. -If you don't know what brings you joy. We encourage you to go explore some NEW things.

Heading into the month of Sagittarius. Look forward to professional development and ideas that have been in the works will finally come to pay off. There will be lots to celebrate! The first full moon of December represents completion, fertility, abundance, and transformation, when the seeds from the new moon come into bloom. It can also be a time of friction, polarity, and more-intense emotional energy. It symbolizes fulfillment and culmination and is a time to look back on your successes and challenges. This spiritual meaning is enhanced for the Cold Moon, the final full moon. The longest the night sky of the year. Symbolically December represents both endings and beginnings. It is a month for gathering with family and friends to reminisce about the completed year and think hopefully about what's to come. This is not a time to rush anything. Practice your self-care where this will bring you closer to your balance.
