Ray Bentley

Yet, at one heart-stopping moment, a high-ranking angel defied the creator of the universe. Can you imagine? Today, pastor Ray tells us more about the origins of our spiritual adversary and how we can protect ourselves against him. Let us open our Bibles to the Prophet Daniel, chapter ten, and the title of the message is The Beauty of Weakness, which is counterintuitive to us.

Angels are not only God's messengers, but they're our guardians. Pastor Ray Bentley talks about them today. You want more angels in your life? Align yourself with God's Word. Because every time God's prophetic word is revealed. Angels are not far behind it. Incorporate the Word of God in your life. You are begging for angels to be involved in your life.

Today, pastor Ray describes that day. Daniel, chapter 12. And I'm going to start by talking about archangels. We start with Michael, whose name means who is like God, Archangel. The prefix arch suggests chief or prince, or great angel. So it would appear that Michael is the angel above all angels. The angel. The chief angel.

So imagine Jesus who looks like, let's say, a man more brilliant than the sun sitting on a blue sapphire throne. And then around him is a rainbow, as if the very source of life itself, which he surely is today. Pastor Ray Bentley takes us to Ezekiel and his heavenly description of the Lord. The word Lord. There should be capital L capital O, capital R, capital D.

Today on Maranatha radio. Pastor Ray Bentley points out the Lord's ability to make life triumph over death. God says, you see that dead bones that just stood to become a living man. This is the whole house of Israel that I will resurrect from the graveyards. And just like God breathed into Adam and he became a living soul, God says, I will breathe into the resurrected nation of Israel in the last days and be a witness and a testimony of my faithfulness, that I keep my promises spread.

Today on Maranatha radio, pastor Ray Bentley gives a snapshot of what we'll see at the Throne of God and what it means today in the 21st century when they say Holy, holy, holy. The whole earth is full of his glory. What the Seraphim are teaching us is that God is near. Which means that you and I, little people made in his image here upon the earth. God is near us and he wants to get close.

Today on Maranatha Radio. Pastor Ray Bentley comments on the challenging assignment of knowing our Infinite Creator God is incomprehensible. Now, it's not that he doesn't desire to be known, he does. God has said everything you want to know about me and everything that I will now let you know and let you understand and let you experience this through my Son Jesus.

Today, pastor Ray Bentley points out. Angels are not only involved in our lives individually, but globally as well as the tug of war is going on. And what's called the war on terror right now used to be the Cold War and the war between communism and democracy and all the rest. And now it's the war on terrorism. And but behind the scenes, there are angelic struggles and tug of wars that are going on.

Coming up today, a fascinating study. Pastor Ray Bentley points out how the angels of God saw the beginning of it all. I think that's important for us to realize that God created the angels, created even before creation, and the angels sang and shouted for joy when they saw the first ocean, the first sunrise, the animals, and all. They just shouted with tremendous joy spread.

Pastor Ray Bentley urges us not to wallow in our failures and shortcomings. He says there's a better way. God can take a mistake. Even a work of the flesh. And if we were, repent and turn back to him and submit to him, he can turn any mistake we make into a blessing. No matter what you've done, no matter how far you've gone, runaway or blown, a god can turn that into a blessing. Does that sound like good news to anybody?
