To trade or not to trade Tyler Glasnow? While we'd all love to see Glas pitch for the Rays for years to come, it might make financial sense and baseball sense to move on from the injury-prone hurler this offseason. 

Towards the end of the show, news broke that the Miami Marlins were hiring Peter Bendix to run their baseball operations department, a move that is well-deserved after Bendix's tenure with the Rays, serving as the GM under President of Baseball Ops Erik Neander.
