In more worrying news, Shane McClanahan was placed on the 15-day IL with forearm tightness. At first, Kevin Cash told Rays fans that he wasn't worried, but now we have no choice but to be worried after Marc Topkin reported that McClanahan would be flying to California to get a second opinion on his injury. 

To close the show, Brett and Darby wax poetic about the defensive prowess of Wander Franco. While Franco was nearly a flawless prospect, many believed he wouldn't be able to stick at shortstop. This season, Franco has become one of the game's best shortstops, and he may be on his way to a Gold Glove.
