Dom Giordano, WPHT host and former teacher, has dedicated much of his daily show toward parents who are taking it into their own hands to push back against school boards that have a negative impact on their children. This has culminated in a weekly podcast on education, Readin', Writin', and Reason, which has allowed wonderful relationships to develop between Giordano, educators, and parents throughout the country who are speaking out against overbearing school boards.

First, Dom welcomes Washington Examiner and longtime friend of the show Chris Tremoglie back onto the podcast. This week, Tremoglie was sent some student preparatory material from West Chester University, which prompted an article in the Washington Examiner. Tremoglie tells of some material centered on diversity and equity, which he explains as a presentation of the 6 stages of white identity, alleging that the material tries teaching white students to hate themselves. Tremoglie notes that this is one of many examples of radical ideology infusing into universities, telling of his surprise that it has now descended upon West Chester University. 

Then, Dom welcomes in Kenny Xu, author of ‘An Inconvenient Minority: The Attack on Asian American Excellence and the Fight for Meritocracy’ and President of Color Us United, to the podcast. Kenny has been on the show multiple times to offer his commentary on the ongoing Supreme Court case looking into affirmative action and admissions in colleges, such as Harvard University, and whether Asian-Americans have been discriminated against in the name of equity. Xu offers his opinion on what he considers to be incredibly discriminatory practices, and tells Giordano about a cottage industry that’s developed to teach Asian students how to hide their identity when applying to schools in hopes that they get selected.
