Kourtney is joined by special guest, Reagan Bregman, mom of 2, entrepreneur and wife of Chicago Cubs third baseman, Alex Bregman,  The two chat about her experience at the World Baseball Classic (WBC) and how the environment compares to playoffs.  She talks about connecting with wives on other teams and how nervous she was during the games.  Kourtney asks how she is settling into Chicago and what excites her about the new baseball season.  They both talk about how they’ve been lucky to have been with such great welcoming organizations with the Boston Red Sox & the Chicago Cubs. Reagan recalls the story of how she met Alex and how quickly their relationship turned serious, mostly due to distance and the schedule of the baseball season.  She chats about balancing the schedule and the difference in the baseball lifestyle once you have children.  She recalls her postpartum experience after her first son and the difference with her second baby.  The two agree about the importance of talking about mental health and the role that social media can play in both helping and hurting a new mom.
