Jill and I closed not two but THREE deals on Friday.   Find out what happened to our who Buyer who was under contract to buy a home when the United States Department of Justice SEIZED the home.   Did that stop us?  No.  We worked with the United States Forfeiture Clerk in Miami and pushed this deal through Federal Courts and got our Buyer’s house closed.   Just another deal in the life of a Real Estate Finder.   Have an idea for a podcast? Let’s talk about deposits.  The difference between the first and second deposits. Why deposits are even made in sales contracts. 

Regarding rentals, there is a deposit in the offer and there is a security deposit in the lease. Don’t confuse these separate deposits that are not related to each other.
