There are many ways to increase the square footage of your home.  You can build an addition on to your home, you can add a second story and another way is to build an Accessory Dwelling Unit, referred to as ADU.

These are becoming very popular for a variety of reasons and my guest Joe Lam, a realtor, and expert on ADU’s is going to fill us in on the various aspects about them.
